Ingredients for making diet jabuticaba jelly:

 350 grams of jabuticaba

 200 milliliters of water

 5 tablespoons of sweetener

 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

How to make diet jabuticaba jelly:

To prepare this jelly recipe, start by washing the jabuticabas. Then, if you don't like jellies with large pieces, beat the fruit in a blender along with the water.

Place the jabuticaba and water in the pan together with the sweetener and vinegar, mix and cook over medium heat for 40 minutes. Stir from time to time to make sure it doesn't burn to the bottom of the pan and, if necessary, add more water.

When the jabuticaba diet jelly has the consistency to your liking, turn off the heat. Distribute in sterilized glass jars and set aside, or consume immediately with bread. Enjoy your food!

Tip: The jelly gets a little thicker after it cools.
